Shipping

Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe may be extended during the holiday season.

Several delivery options are available:
- Directly to your home via La Poste Colissimo.
- To a Pickup Point (the Pickup Point selection occurs after payment).

For mainland France

Delivery fees are:
- Free to a Pickup Point for orders over €150; €6.50 for orders under €150.
- Free via La Poste Colissimo for orders over €200; €10 for orders under €200.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days.

For delivery to a Pickup Point: If your package is returned to us due to lack of withdrawal on time, please contact us at: hello@jardiniste.fr

For Italy, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands

Delivery fees are €10.

For the rest of Europe, the UK, and Switzerland

Delivery fees are €20.

Returns

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of your parcel. During this time, you may request a return and refund for products that do not meet your expectations. The return shipment must be made using the same secure packaging. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
