Shipping

Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe may be extended during the holiday season.

Several delivery options are available:
- Directly to your home via La Poste Colissimo.
- To a Pickup Point (the Pickup Point selection occurs after payment).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days.

Returns & Refunds

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of your parcel. During this time, you may request a return and refund for products that do not meet your expectations. The return shipment must be made using the same secure packaging (no returns can be shipped to a Pickup Point). Return shipping fees are not refundable.
